What is the delivery time for my order?

The delivery time varies from 5 to 12 working days.

What should I do if I have not yet received my order?

If the stated delivery time of 5 to 12 working days has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to support@nuvelle.com . We will then investigate what has happened to your package.

How can I track my order?

Check your inbox or spam folder to see if you have received an email from support@nuvelle.com with a package tracking number. If so, you can click on the number. It will then automatically open a website where you can see the status of your order. If not, click HERE and enter your order number (eg #0000) and the email address you used to place your order.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

To return an item, contact our customer service at support@nuvelle.com . Enter your name, order number (eg #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and the reason for the return. We will then give you the return address and confirm the return. Once it is ready, you can send the product to us by any courier service.

What are the costs for returns?

Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs will therefore vary depending on the bid. Visit the courier's website for more information on prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you received the item. However, there are conditions for returns:

You can only return the item if:

  • The return period has not expired.
  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are intact.
  • The product has not yet been used.

What if I haven't received an email confirmation for my order?

Send an email with your full name and email address to support@nuvelle.com. We will quickly help you further.

Can I cancel my order?

Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email as soon as possible to support@nuvelle.com . Enter your name, order number (e.g. #0000) that you received in the confirmation email and preferably also the reason why you want to cancel the order.
